Hotel Transylvania - Hosted Party with Crowdtap

Last October 6, a few days after the premiere showing of Hotel Transylvania, we had a house party! I was only expecting a few guests but to my surprise, the number was doubled! I got more excited to start the party. I am so prepared for this. I have lined up the activities for the kids and the adults.

First off, I prepared a great [I think] background or photo-opp wall so everyone can immediately realize what the party is about. I also prepared the "coloring table" and designed the crayon buckets. Crowdtap provided a party kit with printable coloring sheets, puzzles, mazes and also tic-tac-toe. I am proud to say I was able to utilized every single thing. Thanks to my husband for printing the materials. I put the activity sheets in a folder so it will be organized and they won't be jealous of each other. The girls did everything except for the tic-tac-toe, which made the boys busy.

The preparation.

 The kids' activity kit.

After doing the activities above, it's time for the most-exciting part, at least for the kids, of the party. The Make Your Own Monster Cupcake thing! It was a huge click event the adults joined in making them. I think they were also excited to eat them. Just look at the pictures below, who wouldn't, right?

I also prepared prizes, mango powder candies and lollipops.

Here are some of the cupcake creations:

Girls made them.

Obviously, of course, made by the parents.

After the cupcake-decorating contest, we watched the trailer of Hotel Transylvania. We also had pictures taken with the masks on but unfortunately, my 18-month old accidentally deleted the only one photo. I learned my lesson and will take at least 3 next time.

Overall, I'd say everybody had blast. I think it's the best party I've hosted so far. I hope I get to host these kinds. Oh well, until next!

Disclaimer: I applied and was chosen to host this party but I was not compensated in anyway to do a blog post.

  3. Let's get that party started! Woohoo! XD

I suddenly miss my barkada because of this post. Last time we had a house party was way back my birthday, March 2012. Unlike yours (which is perfect for Halloween), we don't think of themes.. just plain 'ol good time watching random movies, catching up and food trip! :D
